FedEx has shared an update regarding their money-back guarantees:

April 9th, 2021

Due to the impact of COVID-19, we suspended our money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground®, FedEx Freight® and FedEx Office® services worldwide beginning on March 23, 2020.

To re-affirm our commitment to deliver the level of service you expect from FedEx, effective April 6, 2021, we reinstated the FedEx Money Back Guarantee for select Express services for US domestic and US import/export shipments using the following services: First Overnight, FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx International First, FedEx International Priority, FedEx International Priority Freight. Please check the FedEx Service Alerts for the latest COVID-related service impact information.

Balancing our focus on service and safety, the FedEx Money Back Guarantee remains suspended for all other FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight (except FedEx Freight Priority Plus) and FedEx Office services.
